Reviews: Tacama Don Manuel 2005
Tacama Don Manuel 2005

This wine has been aged in French oak casks with medium toast for 24 months.
At the tasting, we discover its rich plum colour with good intensity, indicative
of its aging capacity.
We find a very well integrated wood, delicate, harmonious, and subtle on the
nose. It has a fruity cherry expression with aromas of champignons and
mushrooms, as well as peppery and eucalyptus tones, expressing an agreeable
sensation of freshness and piquancy on the nose.
Firm presence of tannins in the mouth, indicating its cellaring potential.
Medium-bodied with a lingering finish. This is a wine with plenty to express.
Serving temperatures: 18-20ºC
Be sure to decant this wine at least one hour before serving, to allow it to
open fully.
