Reviews: Tacama Blanco de Blancos
Tacama Blanco de Blancos
This wine has a beautiful yellow colour, little sustained, and perfectly
brilliant. Its bouquet is delicate and it is distinguished by the intensity and
diversity of its aromatic notes, dominated by the very mature Sauvignon
character; we also find exotic notes of pineapple and passion fruit. The
aromatic brilliance is evident and indicative of a wine of great stock. Tasting
reveals a good dense structure with notable harmony which makes this a most
elegant wine. The fruity flavours in the mouth concur with the quality of this
great wine, globally and totally exceptional.
Percentage of vine stocks that compose it: 37% sauvignon, 34% chardonnay, 29%
viognier.

Blanc de Blanc 2007
Pale colour, fruit drive on the nose clean and crisp. Dry, friendly and crisp
acidity, correct fruit on the palate, clean and easy going, nicely made.
