The Winery
Located in Mendoza at the foothills of the Andes, our vineyards receive the pure water from the mountains, which combined with ideal conditions of soil, sun, and thermal amplitude, allow us to obtain the best quality of grapes.
La Chamiza Spirit is strongly connected with Polo. In this sport the brightness and agility of each match depends mainly on the riders and their horses; a docile and smart breed, growth specially to develop velocity and stamina. In the same way our team creates this quality range of wines to satisfy wine consumers around the world.

We are convinced that the quality of the wines starts in the vineyards. At this stage is when the magic happens, taking good care of every detail. All our efforts are made with the final objective of obtaining the best expression from Mendoza and its people, thus sharing with consumers worldwide one of Argentina’s sports’ traditions: Polo.

Our winery has a capacity of 2.35M liters, made up by stainless steel tanks with automated temperature control and gas injection INTERTE. We also have French oak barrels as well as American oak barrels, under adequate temperature and humidity control, that enable our oenologists get the unique style of La Chamiza.

VINEYARDS
The vineyards that give origin to our wines are located in Mendoza, in the districts of Tupungato, Agrelo, Vistalba and Maipu, the third area in importance in the Winkler scale. This diversity of soils and climate gets the best expression of each variety. This great advantage makes it possible to obtain unique wines.

Tupungato is 1100 m above sea level
Maipu is 850 m above sea level
Agrelo and Vistalba are 930 m above sea level.

The best combination of climate, soils, density of plants and the best vines is essential to get a high quality product.
