CABERNET SAUVIGNON / MERLOT
Region: Central Valley, Chile
Grape Variety: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot
Production Technique: Traditional fermentation of the grapes on the skins before
blending is then followed by four months of aging in stainless steel tanks
before bottling.
Description: Color: Brilliant ruby-red.
Bouquet: Fruity, chocolate, red plums and vanilla.
Taste: Soft tannins, medium body, harmonic and smooth finish.
Alcohol Content: 13%
Total Acidity: 5.01g/l
Ruby-like, bright in color. Fruit forward with red plum and varietal

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Region: Central Valley, Chile
Grape Variety: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carmenere
Production Technique: The grapes are hand picked and mechanically harvested in
April. 30% is then aged in 3 year old French and American oak barrels and 70% in
stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 months.
Description: Color: Red with violet hues.
Bouquet: Blackberries, cassis and chocolate notes. Dry plums and vanilla.
Taste: Good body, soft, harmonic, balanced with persistent aftertaste.
Alcohol Content: 13.4%
Total Acidity: 5.10g/l

CHARDONNAY
Region: Central Valley, Chile
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Production Technique: The Chardonnay grapes are hand and mechanically harvested
in March. The wine is aged two months in stainless steel.
Description: Color: Bright. Pale yellow.
Bouquet: Fruity with papaya, apple and citric notes, butter and wood.
Taste: Refreshing, soft, balanced, and slightly sweet.
Alcohol Content: 13.1%
Total Acidity: 6.3g/l
Light yellow and bright. Fruit forward and delicate with herb notes, tropical
fruits and a hint of vanilla. Fresh, balanced and refreshing with a bit of
sweetness. Long lasting. A quaffable white wine with distinctive varietal

MERLOT
Region: Cedntral Valley, Chile
Grape Variety: 85% Merlot, 15% Carménère
Production Technique: Flavorful grapes are hand and mechanically harvested in
April and aged two months in stainless steel tanks.
Description: Color: Bright ruby red, very vivid.
Bouquet: Cherry, ripe pepper and soft cacao.
Taste: Elegant, rounded, good body and persistence.
Alcohol Content: 13.5%
Total Acidity: 5.4g/l
Violet red, bright in color. Herbs, berries and pepper are apparent in the
taste. On the palate, the wine is soft, medium body, rounded and harmonic with a
persistent finish. Very smooth. Merlot provides forward fruit and easy
drinkability while Carménère offers structure and longevity. A delightful
accompaniment to white meats, cheeses, and pasta dishes.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
Region: Central Valley, Chile
Grape Variety: 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Semillón
Production Technique: The grapes are hand picked and harvested in March.
Fermentation and cold preservation of the juice in stainless steel tanks for two
months.
Description: Color: Bright, greenish- yellow.
Bouquet: Varietal character with notes of peaches and citric apples.
Taste: Light and fresh with a balanced palate.
Alcohol Content: 12.9%

The wine is a blend of two grape varieties that complement each other

Region: Mendoza, Argentina

Production Technique: The grapes are mechanically harvested in March. The wine
is aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks, then racked twice before
bottling.
Description: Color: Lively, intense red.
Bouquet: Red fruit, strong cherry aroma.
Taste: Good structure and pleasant tannins.

aromas. Shiraz has the oldest history of the noble grape varieties. The

Grape Variety: Carménère 85%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, Syrah 5%
Production Technique: The grapes are hand and mechanically harvested in April.
40% of the wine is aged in 3 months in American oak, 60% is aged in stainless
steel for 5 months.
Description: Color: Bright. Intense red with violaceous hues.
Bouquet: Pepper, black plums, toast and vanilla.
Taste: Good and soft body, harmonic with great balance and persistence.
Alcohol Content: 13.6%
Total Acidity: 4.65g/l
Intense red in color with violet hues. Aromas of pepper, black plums, toast and
vanilla. Soft body, harmonious with great balance and persistence. A harmonious
wine with a good finish. Frontera Carménère is excellent with fresh vegetable
dishes, chicken, duck, lamb, pork and fresh herb dishes. Also enjoy with pastas

ROSE
